I love Avantgardy...everything about you girls and your performances. Your moves and synchronization are supurb. Your coach has taught you well. But, please, one suggestion. Be ever so careful falling on your knees. Believe me, as you age, it is not fun to have arthritis in your knees from abusing them in your youth. This advice is from someone who knows the pain.
There are a lot of things to love about Avantgardey, but for me, the #1 item is "athleticism." You have to be incredibly strong and fit to do what they do. Simply marvelous!
